One of the features in OTBI is the ability to make stacked graphs.
Let's test the feature using a simple business requirement:
Business wants to view the hires by gender over the last year split by months.

2. Change the way the months are shown
3. Change the colours
4. Attributes of the lines in the graph
Let's test the feature using a simple business requirement:
Business wants to view the hires by gender over the last year split by months.
Step 1: Create a new analysis.
Step 2: Use 'Assignment Event Real Time' subject area.
Step 3: Insert the data points i.e.: Gender, # of hires, Calendar Month and Calendar Year.
- # of hires is available under the 'Assignment Event'. You can use other variables such as # of terminations or simply use headcount depending on your business case.
- Calendar Month and Calendar Year are available under 'Time'.
- Employee Gender is available under 'Worker'

Step 4: Add the calendar year as a filter.
Step 5: Navigate to the 'Results' tab and add a new graph and optionally delete the existing table based data.
Step 6: View the output.
Step 7: Optionally improve the visual aesthetics such as:

3. Change the colours
4. Attributes of the lines in the graph
